Read more the grounds and assisting people .A week ago, I attended a funeral service for a dear friend and Carlos escorted the procession with great care. He directed the cars to her mausoleum with great ease and respect. He made sure that everyone one had a parking space and were not disrupting the procession going on at the moment. He even took time to speak to my father in law, who is 90 years old, and brought him water . His actions demonstrated his professionalism and also compassion for people . Read less

Jane Mendez — Every time I visit my grandparents at Vista Memorial it's always clean and well kept. There's a police officer by the name of Carlos Garcia that's always helpful and available to direct you in the event you get lost. I always feel safe and at peace there.

Teresa Bueno — If only I could give 0 stars for 1st impressions! This is my parents resting place, I stopped by the office to f/u on a request from over 2 months ago. The receptionist Elizabeth has below 0 customer service skills, without exploring what I needed, she said: "you want to speak to the supervisor?... Read more He is busy" she said I needed to wait outside in the heat for 30 min while a couple folks were inside (still allowed enough room for distancing). So much for being compassionate... Fortunately the supervisor came out to assist someone else and seeing me out there he invited me to wait inside. Shortly after a very kind counselor Marianela, quickly assisted me and escalated the matter to the supervisor so the issue would be resolved. My gratitude for their compassion! Read less

Maria Torres — This place is well kept and the services are outstanding. Everyone is very professional and caring. The police officers are amazing. Especially Officer Carlos Garcia from Hialeah Police Department. He was extremely helpful and very empathetic. Such a wonderful person!
